We opened in 2025 on Dzelzavas iela and moved into Old Town a year later, a few steps from the National Opera. The name is a promise: brioche buns, beef smashed to order, braised beef cheeks, and sauces we make ourselves.
It isn't only burgers. Breakfast runs all day — shakshouka, pancakes — and the bar mixes proper cocktails alongside it. Vegetarian and vegan options run through every part of the menu.
What we aim for is simple: food worth the walk across town, served late. On weekends the kitchen runs until two in the morning.
